Our pride and the reason why many customers pass three other stores on their way. Sausages, hams, bacon, and traditional products are made on-site, smoked the old-fashioned way. We slice at the counter, exactly as much as you need. Anyone who has tried cold cuts straight from the smokehouse is reluctant to go back to pre-packaged ones.
